This site will provide the truth.

The truth will support every man, every woman on their quest to establish a common ground and some legal grounds to help all the men in the world feel supported in their rights for justice from becoming defrauded of their rightful children.

FACT: Right now the ex-spouse's are being rewarded by the court systems for their decision to bear a child from another man, and have the non-biological father be legally responsible. This is un just and unfair to all concerned.

We promote that our courts stop standing behind the lies of keeping the defrauded father responsible for the "best interest of the child"!
 

Hi,

I have been researching the subject of defrauded fathers since early 2000 and I have collected stories from around the world.

In the book (pdf version) soon to be available on this site, I have explored the sad reality of fathers who are defrauded of their own children because their spouses had an extramarital affair with another man and gave birth to a child or children out of these encounters.

As I write these lines, too many courts (in Canada and USA) are still handling these cases as a "hot potatoe" and the majority of their magistrates have no expertise, let alone clear laws, enabling them to handle the delicate reality. So far, women have way too much power and win over the defrauded fathers.
